Terms of Serivice
You automatically agree to the terms of service by commissioning me
The Terms of Service are subject to change and are effective immediately upon the update of the website
General
By commissioning, you are confirming that you are at least the federal age of majority in Canada, that being 18 years of age
All prices are subject to change
Every art piece will be scanned and the commissioner will receive a high resolution scan of their commission
I have the right to refuse any commission
Major revisions are not possible for traditional commissions. Very minor changes are possible but not ideal. If your character has any patters that have been problematic for artists in the past, let me know!
By default I draw on North American paper sizes. The three main sizes I work with are Arch A (9 x 12 inches), Arch B (12 x 18 inches) and Arch C (18 x 24 inches). I can work with larger sizes but you must get a quote for such piece
I can import Japanese A4, A3 and A2 (and also A1 and A0) papers, but those are only going to be available for a fee
Won't Draw
Hard kinks (Inflation, scat, diapers, watersports, etc...)
Vore
Underage or underage looking characters
ferral NSFW
Offensive material
Any kinks I am uncomfortable drawing (ask me)
Updates on commissions
It's hard to estimate how long each commission is going to take; furthermore, traditional art takes longer than digital art, so please be aware of that. Everything from the size of the paper to the complexity of the character affects the commission time.
Feel free to contact me for updates on your commission, but please do not do it excessively
Payment
All payments are in EUR and made via Stripe or Paypal from Bytes-X Games LTD
I can add you onto the queue up to 7 days before payment
Refunds
Refunds are not possible after the commission is complete
If I don't start your commission within 30 days after commissioning, you may request a refund
If you wish to cancel your commission after you have received the first sketch, you can request a partial refund
Right of Use
You may repost your commission on social media with proper crediting
You, as the commissioner, may not claim my artwork as your own
You may use your commission for personal use only
By default, I post my art publicly but you may request for it to be kept private
I retain the copyright to all the artwork I create unless agreed upon a deal
Shipping
It is the commissioner's responsibility to pay for the shipping
All shipments are from Richmond, BC via CanadaPost
I am not responsible for any damages or complications occurred during the shipping proccess
You will receive a high resolution scan upon completion of your commission
There are two main methods of shipping an art piece. The first is in a large envelope, which is cheaper but there is a risk of it being bent and is only available for small sized commissions. The second being in a tube: this option is safer but way more expensive (up to 10x more than the envelope). Although, it can transport larger sized commissions. It is up to the commissioner to decide which shipping method they prefer
The alternative way is a in-person pickup if you live near Vancouver, BC or I can bring the art piece for pick up to any conventions I will be attending (to an extent)
If you wish not to receive the physical drawing, I will keep it in my physical portfolio
